01Can I try it for free?
Yes. You can generate one image for free without signing up; it will carry a WildScan watermark. To download it you need to sign up. A subscription removes the watermark and gives you 40 high-resolution images a month for about $7.5.
02How will the charge appear, and in which currency?
Your card is charged 2,900 AMD (Armenian drams), roughly $7.5 depending on your bank's exchange rate. Payment is processed by an Armenian bank, so the bank's payment page and the statement entry will reflect that. Visa and Mastercard from most countries are accepted.
03Can it generate an image from my own photo?
Yes. Upload your photo and the AI takes the object from it and builds a new image around it: on a white background, in a lifestyle scene or as an ad composition. If you have no photo, it also works from a text description alone.
04Will my product look the same as in my photo?
That is the point of uploading a photo: the AI keeps the product's shape, colours, label and logo and changes only what surrounds it — background, light and scene. Small details are occasionally altered, so check the result before you publish it.
05Do I need an online store to use this?
No. The generator works on its own and suits Instagram shops, websites, ads and any social network. WildScan's other tools are built for marketplace sellers and are in Russian; you don't need them to generate images.
06What happens if an image doesn't turn out well?
If a generation fails with an error, nothing is deducted. If you simply don't like the result, adjust the description and generate again; each successful generation uses one image from your allowance.
07How do I cancel?
The subscription renews every 30 days using the card you paid with. To stop it, open Account in the top menu and turn off auto-renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you can turn it back on at any time before then.
